Terms of Service
By engaging with and utilizing the notarial services provided by Moore Notary Service, you—the client—hereby acknowledge, understand, and fully agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. Moore Notary Service specializes in providing efficient and secure remote online notary services (RON), which include, but are not limited to, the notarization of signatures, official witnessing of document execution, and the lawful certification of certain copies. To be eligible to utilize these services, the client is required to possess a clear comprehension of the documents being signed and must be capable of presenting valid, state-issued or internationally recognized identification, such as a current driver’s license or passport, which must pass the necessary credential analysis.
Payment for all services is strictly due and required at the time the appointment is booked to secure the time slot. The fee collected at booking covers all applicable notarial and administrative services requested and confirmed at that time. Should the need arise to modify or cancel a scheduled appointment, the client must do so at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time. Failure to provide this required advance notice may result in the forfeiture of the entire booking fee or the application of a late cancellation fee. The client bears sole responsibility for ensuring that all documents presented for notarization are correct, complete, and appropriate for the intended purpose. Moore Notary Service operates strictly as an impartial third-party witness; as a commissioned Notary Public, we are prohibited from offering any form of legal advice, legal opinions, or counsel. Clients needing assistance with the legal sufficiency or implications of their documents are strongly advised to consult with a qualified attorney before the scheduled appointment. Moore Notary Service cannot be held liable for any issues, delays, or legal complications that may arise from documents that are incorrect, incomplete, or improperly prepared by the client.
Our remote notarial services are available seven days a week, excluding certain holidays, with business hours being 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Saturday and Sunday. We are deeply committed to safeguarding client privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of all transactions, documents, and personal information. All information will be kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is mandated by law or court order. Moore Notary Service strictly adheres to all relevant state and local laws and regulations governing notarization and retains the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service to any individual if the legal requirements for a valid notarization cannot be satisfactorily met. These Terms and Conditions may be revised and updated periodically, and any such changes will be promptly posted and made effective on our official website. By proceeding with the use of our services, you formally acknowledge and accept all of these terms and conditions.
