Late Policy

  • Communication: If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please make sure to notify us as soon as possible to help us accommodate your schedule efficiently.

  • Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments to allow for minor delays. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late—especially without prior communication—a $10 late fee may be applied to your service.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

  • No-Show: If you do not arrive after 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. The paid fee will not be refunded or transferred to a future booking.

  • Changes to Appointment: You can schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the start time and be eligible for a refund/transfer to a new date.

  • Cancellations within 24 Hours: Appointments canceled or changed within 24 hours of the start time forfeit the entire fee; it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this service, completed notary tasks are NOT eligible for a refund. However, in the unlikely event that I cannot provide the notarial service due to unexpected circumstances, a refund will be issued. Furthermore, if any mistakes occur on my part, I will happily rectify them to ensure your satisfaction. If you cancel your appointment prior ti 24 hours before your scheduled

No-Show Policy

A "no show" is a breach of the agreement between the signer and the notary, who has reserved a specific time slot for the service. If the signer fails to appear for the scheduled appointment without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled. The signer cannot use that payment for a different, future appointment.

Please note that payment is required at the time of booking your appointment to ensure a smooth scheduling process. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, as well as Venmo and Cash App, making payment easy and accessible.
