Appointment & Payment Policies
Booking and Payment
Payment Due: The full appointment fee is required upfront at the time of booking to secure your slot.
All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.*
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major payment platforms, including Apple Pay, Cash App, Debit/Credit Cards (via Stripe), and Venmo.
Payment Integrity: Any fraudulent, bounced, or declined payments will result in the client being permanently blocked from future bookings.
Rescheduling and Late Policy
Communication: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Grace Period: There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.
If you arrive after 10 minutes (especially without communication), a $10 late fee may be applied.
Cancellation/No-Show: If you do not arrive after 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. The paid fee will not be refunded or transferred to a future booking.
Changes to Appointment: You can schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the start time.
Cancellations within 24 Hours: Appointments canceled or changed within 24 hours of the start time forfeit the entire fee; it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

What To Expect

Have your valid ID (Driver's License, Passport, etc.) ready.
Be in a private, quiet space.
Ensure your document is in a PDF format, ready to upload to the platform.

Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes.

You must have a strong internet connection, a mobile phone, a desktop or laptop computer with a webcam or camera, and a valid photo ID.

Before the notarization, you will complete a mandatory identity proofing process (KBA/credential analysis) via the platform.
